1. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Arrivals from 11:00am until 4pm are consider as an early arrivals subject to availability and may incur a nominal fee. Any arrival before 11am are consider an additional night.
Late check out’s are available based on availability and may incur a nominal fee.
2. How do you make reservations at Parc Corniche?
We highly suggest to book directly at the official site of Parc Corniche. Reservations can be booked online, you can also Toll free number 1800-4462721 or Local number 407-239-7100. In house | Group reservations hours are from Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm
After hour are phones get transferred to a call center system with no access to existing in house reservations or just click here to book your vacation.
3. Is it safe to book hotel reservations through a third-party travel site?
In today’s internet world, save yourself a headache and book directly to the hotel. Internet searches could provide you an array of information that could be misleading, confusing, not legit and at times scammers pose as an online travel agent stealing thousands of dollars from travelers hoping to confirm their dream vacation; not to mention how difficult will be to change your plans or canceling your reservation won’t be easy or cheap.
4.Do you have a shuttle to the theme parks?
The Florida bus service provide a shuttle to Magic Kingdom ticket and transportation center, Epcot & Universal Orlando. Terms and conditions may apply. Reservations required, inquiry at check in.
5. What is The Check-in age?
Must be 21 yrs. old to check in. Our front desk will request an ID at check in.
6. What is Parc Corniche deposit and cancellation policy?
All reservations require a 1 night deposit to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking. Best Available rate cancellation is 3 days prior to arrival. Book Direct & Save Rate will provide the benefits of changing your reservation or cancelling at no charge up to 24 hrs. before your schedule arrival date. (Changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences)
7. How much should I expect as a security deposit at check in to the hotel?
All guests are required to submit a major credit card upon check in. A hold of $100 will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. These funds may be held by your financial institution up to 30 days.
8. Can I pay for my stay in advance?
The hotel doesn’t offer prepayment options. For the safety of our guest, the guest checking in must provide the same credit card used at the time of booking along with their photo identification, upon arrival to process payment for the pending balance.
9. What is included in the Resort fee & Departure cleaning fee Charge?
Each reservation made at Parc Corniche Condominium suites is subject to a nightly resort fee of $16.88 and a departure cleaning fee of $33.75 per stay, both inclusive of taxes.

At Check-out we are happy to fully clean the apartment after your stay. However, we just ask that you please be generally respectful of the owners’ property, leave it in a “neat” state, and do just a few things before you depart. The condition in which you leave the property may result in charges to your credit card.
Return all remotes to a conspicuous location near the TV. Dish dishes attract bugs and critters. Wash the dishes or put them inside the dishwasher. The luxury of simply leaving trash on the corridors is not a common convenience in our complex. Please put all trash in the bin provided. If you can’t fit everything in the trash can provided please take the trash to the nearest trash collection area in your building.
10. Can you receive and hold packages for me before my arrival?
As a courtesy to our guests, we will accept the first (7) packages free of charge per reservation. You must be a register guest to receive packages (Name on your reservation). There is a fee of $10 per box after the 7th package. The hotel is not responsible for lost, damage, stolen items or mailing arrangements. It is guest responsibility to claim packages in the lobby with an ID. Packages will be held at the front desk for 30 days starting from the delivery date only and then returned to sender.
11. What is Parc Corniche Smoking Policy?
Parc Corniche is a Non Smoking property
Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Outdoor areas around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 automatically charge to the credit card on file and possible eviction from the property.
12. How do we transfer to the hotel from the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not have a Shuttle service from the Airport. A taxi will cost approximately $45 to $55 one-way to our hotel, with no other stops along the way. This will cover the entire family, this not a per person cost. If you have a larger family (say 6 to 10 people) the taxi stand does have larger vans for larger party sizes. Expect the travel time to be between 15 -20 minutes.
13. Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
We have a coin-operated laundry on the third floor on each building also detergent is sold at the gift shop by the lobby.
14. Is your swimming pool heated?
Yes, it is heated year round.
15. Is parking available at the property?
The hotel has SELF PARKING onsite. You will be issued a parking pass for your vehicle at check-in which should be displayed on the dash throughout your stay. Failure to display parking pass may result in the towing of your vehicle. Any fees associated with such towing will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner or permitted user. Also Limited on-site parking is permitted for Motor coaches, RV’S, Trailers. (Please contact hotel for instructions)
16. Does the property have Pack N’ Play or rollaways?
Pack N’ Play are available free of charge (Upon request at check in – Based on availability) With the availability of a queen sofa sleeper in each suite living room, the property does not have rollaway beds.
17. Does the Hotel offers Housekeeping?
The hotel offers a Lite Housekeeping service, which consists of daily towel change, trash removal, an replenishment of toiletries. After every 7th day you will receive a full room clean which includes a change of linens.
Full Housekeeping consist of daily cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal and towel change. Every 4th day you will receive a linen change. (Available upon request, must be schedule 24 prior service, nominal fee will apply)
We do not intent to supply adequate products for your entire stay. But starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the local grocery store.
The following items are supplied minimally: There is a starter roll of towel paper in the kitchen, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent, 1 small bottle of dish detergent, 1 Coffee pack (w/condiments).
If you do not need housekeeping services, please place on the door the “DO NOT DISTURB” Magnet which is located on the refrigerator.
18. Do your kitchens have ovens, condiments or cleaning materials?
We do not supply cleaning materials, coffee, salt, or pepper. The kitchen is fully functioning kitchen stocked for basic meal preparation and serving. There is a stove top and toaster oven. If you are planning a meal that requires special cookware or if certain appliances are needed, it is recommended that you bring these items to ensure you have what you need.
19. Can I bring a BBQ Grill?
Unfortunately due to fire hazard liability, Parc Corniche doesn’t allow BBQ grills on patios or balconies.
20. Do your rooms have safes?
A safe is provided free of charge in your suite. Please secure all valuables in your safe. There is a $75 fee + tax for any lost safe keys. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
21. Are linens included?
Yes, All linens are included.
22. Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, for the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets. A $250.00 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file if you have a pet in the room or premises.
23. Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have handicap accessible rooms.
24. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am
